skinobacosmetics.com is owned and operated by skinobacosmetics, Naini, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Cancellation & refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Please give accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms.

• We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time.
• Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.
• Always read the full ingredient list and do a patch test before first use. Stop using a product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
• Artificial jewellery and accessories are fashion items and are not made of precious metals unless stated.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Prices and offers can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid in full.
• You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through Cashfree Payments, or by Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are subject to Cashfree's and your bank's terms.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order — immediately for Cash on Delivery, or once online payment succeeds. We may limit quantities per customer and may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if a product is unavailable, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud or reselling.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & refund policy: orders paid online can only be cancelled by our team, and every refund is reviewed and issued by our team. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their security
• Scrape, copy or resell our content or products in bulk without written permission
• Post false reviews or impersonate anyone

The Skinoba name, logo, product names, text, photographs and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first. Subject to your rights under consumer law, courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, will have jurisdiction.
