Shipping policy

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. We do not ship outside India at the moment. If your PIN code can't be served, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund of anything you have paid.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day) of being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Online-paid orders are confirmed as soon as payment succeeds. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed when placed.
• Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control can happen; we will keep you informed.

• Delivery is currently free on every order.
• Any delivery charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. All prices include applicable taxes.

Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount (or UPI) ready when the courier arrives. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may lead to COD being disabled on your account.

You can follow your order's status any time under My account → Orders. Once it's shipped, the courier name and tracking details are added there.

• Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If it looks tampered with, you may refuse it.
• We recommend recording a short unboxing video — it helps us resolve any damage or missing-item claim quickly.
• Report a damaged, wrong or missing item to us within 48 hours of delivery (see our Cancellation & refund policy).

If an order comes back to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you to re-ship it or, for prepaid orders, to arrange a refund as described in our refund policy.
